Fully automatic blister sealer with unique heat sealing system
The heat sealing mold is a key component of the heat sealing system. It is usually made of high-quality metal materials, such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel, with good thermal conductivity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The shape and size of the heat sealing mold match the shape of the blister and the base plate. Its surface is finely processed and specially treated to ensure that it can fit closely with the blister and the base plate during the heat sealing process to achieve a good heat sealing effect.
The heating element generally adopts resistance wire heating or high-frequency induction heating, which can quickly and stably provide the required heat for the heat sealing mold. The resistance wire heating method has a simple structure and low cost, and is suitable for some occasions where the requirements for heat sealing speed and accuracy are not particularly high.
The heat sealing system is also equipped with a pressure regulating device and a temperature control system. The pressure regulating device can accurately control the pressure applied by the mold to the blister and the base plate during the heat sealing process to ensure the firmness and sealing of the heat seal. The pressure regulating device generally adopts pneumatic or hydraulic drive mode to control the heat sealing pressure by adjusting the pressure of the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder.
