The important structural components of the fully automatic cantilever wrapping machine
Cantilever structure:
Made of high-strength metal material, it has good rigidity and stability and can withstand various forces during the packaging process. The cantilever is usually designed to rotate and lift. Its rotation is achieved by a motor-driven reducer and gear transmission mechanism, which can make a circular motion around the goods, thereby driving the film to wrap around the goods.
Film supply system:
It consists of a film roll mounting shaft, a tension adjustment device, a traction roller, and a pre-stretching mechanism. The film roll is mounted on the shaft and can be easily replaced. The tension adjustment device can accurately control the tension of the film during the winding process to ensure that the film always maintains the appropriate tension.
Conveying system:
It includes components such as power rollers, conveyor belts or chains, which are used to accurately transport the goods to be packaged to the packaging area and output them after packaging. The speed of the conveying system can be steplessly adjusted according to the packaging process requirements, and accurately cooperates with the winding action of the cantilever to achieve efficient and continuous packaging operations.
