The specific working principle of the fully automatic packaging and strapping machine

Item sensing and positioning: The infrared automatic sensing device or preset program is used to identify the position and size of the items to be packaged to ensure accurate packaging and bundling.

Belt feeding and tensioning: The automatic belt feeding device sends out the strapping belt, wraps around the item one or more times, and then the tensioning mechanism tightens the strapping belt to make it fit the item tightly.

Connection and fixing: The two ends of the strapping belt are firmly bonded by hot melting, or the steel belt is connected by buckling to form a complete bundling structure.

Completion of the cycle: After the packaging is completed, the machine automatically fills the strapping bin and waits for the next process.
