Working principle of Sauce packaging machine

The sauce is transported from the storage tank to the hopper of the packaging machine through a pipeline or a delivery pump. A high-precision metering device is installed under the hopper, which accurately controls the discharge amount of the sauce according to the preset packaging weight or volume. When the packaging container is sent to the filling station through a conveyor belt, the measured sauce is injected into the container under the action of gravity or pressure. Subsequently, the container enters the sealing station, and the sealing device seals the container according to the set parameters to complete a complete packaging process.
