Plastic bottle hydraulic baler
It is composed of main frame system, hydraulic system and auxiliary components.
Main frame system: high quality thickened steel plate gas welding protection casting solid frame advanced mechanical design makes the equipment durable.
Hydraulic system: hydraulic pump, solenoid valve and hydraulic cylinder oil seal and other key components using imported parts, so that packaging pressure, fast, durable, low noise.
Electronic control system (optional) : original domestic electrical control, stroke switch, button, to ensure quality.
① All models are hydraulic drive, can choose manual or PLC automatic control operation;
② The discharging forms are different ways, such as turning over the bag, pushing the bag (side pushing and forward pushing) or manually taking the bag (packing);
(3) Installation without foot screws, where there is no power supply, diesel engine can be used as power;
④ Extrusion pressure from 63 tons to 400 tons there are ten grades for users to choose from, production efficiency from 4 tons/shift to 40 tons/shift.
⑤ Compression chamber size and package size can be customized according to customer requirements.
