Container welding robot workstation.

The container welding robot uses robotic automated welding. Loading and unloading are carried out by overhead traveling cranes. The gas metal arc welding process with a mixed gas of carbon dioxide is adopted. The robot traveling bed realizes vertical welding. In welding, it is beneficial to ensure the welding of many complex welds of cargo containers. Fillet welds and long straight welds are relatively common. Barreled welding wires and coiled solid welding wires are used.
