Fully automatic labeling machine improves food production capacity
The food processing giant mainly produces various canned beverages, condiments and other foods. During the peak sales season, the order volume has increased dramatically, posing severe challenges to product labeling efficiency and quality control. In the past, a large number of temporary workers were relied on for manual labeling during the peak season, which was slow and error-prone, and also faced the health risks caused by manual contact with food packaging.
The company decisively invested in the introduction of a fully automatic labeling machine. The body of the equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel, which is easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and meets food safety and hygiene standards. It has high-speed continuous labeling capabilities, and is equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices, which can operate uninterruptedly.
In the recent peak season for beverage sales, facing the labeling task of 2 million cans of beverages, the fully automatic labeling machine was fully operational, with a labeling speed of 120 cans per minute, which is nearly 50 times higher than the previous manual labeling efficiency. The labels are firmly attached and accurately positioned, and the product sampling pass rate reaches more than 99.9%, ensuring that all products are delivered to the market on time and in compliance with regulations.
