The general workflow of the Automatic building materials packaging and palletizing production line

Building material transportation: Finished building materials are transported from the production workshop to the packaging area through the conveying system.

Quantitative packaging: According to the type of building materials and packaging specifications, the filling machine or baler packs the building materials in a quantitative manner. For example, powdered building materials are filled according to the set weight, and block building materials are packaged according to the specified quantity.

Packaging and sealing: The packaged building materials are sealed and packaged by the sealing machine or baler to ensure that the packaging is firm.

Finished product palletizing: The packaged building materials are transported to the palletizing area by the conveying system, and the palletizer stacks the building materials neatly on the pallet according to the preset pallet type and arrangement.

Pallet handling: The palletized pallets are transported to the storage area or shipping area by forklifts or automatic guided vehicles (AGVs).
