How Chain Bucket Elevator Works

The drive device outputs power to the head spindle through the motor, reducer, coupling, and large and small sprockets, so that the head wheel rotates and drives the chain to run at a constant speed in a certain running direction. The hopper fixed on the chain scoops up the material at the bottom, rises to the top with the chain, and then discharges the material from the head outlet, completing the entire lifting process of the material.
