How Online Pallet Wrapping Machine Works

The pallet cargo is sent to the turntable area of the packaging machine by means of a conveyor line. The turntable rotates steadily and evenly under the drive of the motor, driving the pallet and cargo to rotate. At the same time, the stretch film is stretched by the pre-stretching mechanism. According to the set parameters such as tension, number of layers, winding method, etc., it is released from the film roll in an orderly manner and wrapped around the pallet cargo to achieve all-round tight wrapping. When the packaging meets the preset requirements, the equipment automatically cuts off the stretch film and completes the finishing and fixing work. The packaged pallet is sent out through the conveyor line. The whole process is coherent and smooth, and highly automated.
