Jelly glue automatic production line

Work flow:

1. Pectin is set by cooling plate chain line

2. Put the shaped pectin onto the belt line through the truss, and then transport it to the packing station

3. Two unpacking machines will open the carton and send it to the packing station through the roller line respectively

4. Four robots operate at the same time to load the jelly glue into the box

5. The box shall enter the one-line sealing machine and the corner sealing machine in turn

6. After the sealing machine comes out, it first checks whether it is qualified by weighing the belt line. If it is qualified, it will enter the palletizing, and if it is unqualified, it will be pushed out of the production line to be processed manually

7. Qualified products enter the palletizing station, and the products are placed on the pallets out of the palletizing warehouse by the palletizing robot. After the palletizing is completed, the products are transported to the packing place through the chain for wrapping film

8. After wrapping the film is completed, it is transported to the cutting level through the chain, and the height of the product is lowered to the bottom surface by the lift machine, and it is carried away by the forklift truck
