Mechanical structure of Spider-arm packing robot
Arm structure
The robot arm is usually made of lightweight and high-strength materials, such as carbon fiber or special alloys. The use of this material allows the robot arm to reduce its own weight and reduce the inertia of movement while ensuring sufficient strength.
Joint structure
The joint part is the key to the movement of the robot arm. Each joint is equipped with a high-precision transmission device, such as a harmonic reducer and a high-performance servo motor. This combination enables precise angle control and fast motion response.
End effector
Equipped with a variety of end effectors to meet the packaging needs of different products. Common ones are vacuum suction cups and mechanical grippers. Vacuum suction cups are suitable for grasping products with smooth surfaces and hard textures, such as plastic packaging boxes, glass products, etc. By generating negative pressure, the suction cup can firmly absorb the product to ensure that it will not fall during handling.
