1. Explosion-proof structure: The robot's shell, joints and other key parts are made of special explosion-proof materials and structural designs, which can withstand sparks, arcs or high temperatures that may be generated inside to prevent them from causing explosions of external flammable gases or dust. For example, a metal shell with good explosion-proof performance is used to effectively isolate the electrical components inside the robot and other components that may generate fire sources from the external dangerous environment.

2. Sealing performance: It has a good sealing design to prevent external flammable gases, dust, etc. from entering the robot. Through high-quality sealing rings, gaskets and other components, it is ensured that the robot will not cause danger due to the infiltration of gas or dust during work, and the normal operation of internal electronic components and other components is guaranteed.

3. Static elimination: Static electricity is easily generated during the spraying process, and static electricity discharge may become an ignition source. Therefore, the explosion-proof spray handling robot is equipped with an effective static elimination device, such as an electrostatic grounding device, an electrostatic eliminator, etc., to promptly guide the static electricity on the robot body and the sprayed objects being transported, reducing the risk of explosion caused by static electricity.

4. Combustible gas detection and alarm: The built-in combustible gas detector can monitor the concentration of combustible gas in the working environment in real time. Once it detects that the concentration of combustible gas exceeds the safety threshold, the robot will immediately issue an audible and visual alarm and automatically shut down to ensure the safety of on-site personnel and equipment.
