Frame structure
Material and strength: The frame of the strapping machine is usually made of high-strength steel. This steel undergoes special processing, such as quenching and tempering, to enhance its rigidity and toughness.
Shape and layout: The shape of the frame is generally designed according to the function and workflow of the machine. Common shapes are rectangular, which have a simple structure and are easy to install various components. In terms of layout, the frame will be divided into different areas, and the areas will cooperate with each other to make the workflow of the machine smooth.
Shell design
Protective function: The shell mainly plays the role of protecting the internal components and the safety of the operator. It is usually made of metal sheets or engineering plastics. For metal shells, it can effectively prevent collisions with external objects and the intrusion of dust and moisture. The surface of the shell will be treated with anti-rust, such as spraying anti-rust paint or using electroplating technology to extend the service life of the shell.
Visual and operation windows: In order to facilitate the operator to observe the working conditions inside the machine and perform necessary operations, visual windows and operation windows will be set on the shell.
Reel device:
Reel support and rotation: The reel device is used to place the strapping tape roll. It consists of a reel shaft and a reel bracket.
Braking and tension control: The braking mechanism usually adopts friction plate or magnetic powder braking. The friction plate brake controls the rotation speed of the reel by adjusting the friction between the friction plate and the reel shaft.
Feeding track and roller
Track design: The feeding track is the channel for the strapping belt to be transported, and its shape and size are designed according to the type and size of the strapping belt. The inside of the track is usually a smooth curved surface or flat surface to reduce the friction between the strapping belt and the track.
Roller structure and function: The roller is installed in or beside the feeding track, and its main function is to push the strapping belt forward.
