Working principle of Luggage wrapping machine

Luggage Wrapping Machine is a kind of equipment specially used for wrapping all kinds of luggage. It is widely used in airports, hotels, logistics centers and other places to provide protection, easy identification and transportation management for luggage.

Rotation and wrapping mechanism

The equipment mainly consists of a rotating platform and a film conveying system. The luggage is placed on the rotating platform, and the platform starts to rotate at a constant speed through the motor drive. At the same time, the film conveying device releases the packaging film (such as stretch film) according to the set tension and speed.

Under the guidance of the mechanical device, the film begins to wrap around the rotating luggage. During the wrapping process, the film can be spirally raised or lowered to ensure that all parts of the luggage can be wrapped evenly.

Control and regulation system

The machine is equipped with a control system that can accurately adjust parameters such as rotation speed, film tension, and number of wrapping layers according to the size, shape and packaging requirements of the luggage. For example, for larger suitcases, slower rotation speeds and more wrapping layers may be required to ensure the firmness of the packaging.
