First, the operator places the product on the equipment workbench, and then sets the corresponding winding parameters through the human-machine interface, such as the number of winding layers, winding speed, tension, product size, etc. After the equipment is started, the packaging material conveying system starts to operate, leading the winding material from the material roll and conveying it to the winding position through the guide roller and the traction roller. At the same time, the rotating spindle of the horizontal winding mechanism starts to rotate, driving the cantilever beam to move horizontally around the product. Under the action of the tension control device, the winding material is evenly wound on the surface of the product with the set tension. During the winding process, the lifting mechanism controls the lifting and lowering movement of the cantilever beam according to the set program, so that the winding material can evenly cover the different height parts of the product. The control system uses sensors to monitor the equipment operation status and process parameters in real time, such as the speed of the rotating spindle, the lifting position of the cantilever beam, the tension of the winding material, etc., and makes intelligent adjustments according to the preset program to ensure the accuracy and stability of the winding process. When the preset number of winding layers is reached, the cutter device starts to cut off the winding material and complete a winding packaging operation. The equipment can automatically carry out the winding operation of the next product according to the preset program to achieve continuous production.
