What are the stacking methods of the high palletizer?
Palletizing machine is one of the indispensable packaging machinery in the production line. Its main function is to better palletise products, ensure normal packaging and handling, and then reduce labor costs. High compressive strength, good stability, accounting more accurate and reasonable. The stacking strength and compressive strength of corrugated boxes are the two main bases for corrugated box planning. Traffic conditions are becoming more and more modern, mechanized and integrated. Stacking method, stacking layer, pallet placement and other operation methods have important effects on the stacking strength. The method of stacking is to stack goods on pallets. No stack at all. Goods are easy to crack, high palletizing machine stability is poor. However, from the perspective of improving the efficiency of the tray and giving full play to the compressive strength of the box, this is a good stacking method.
Positive and negative movement: This method is the same as bricklaying, stacking between layers, high stability of goods, and rectangular pallets are used this method.
Crosscutting: This is the odd and even layers stacked on trays in different directions. This method can only be applied to square trays. Its operation is relatively simple, and there are stacks between layers. Especially when using autoencoders, this is a good approach.
Rotating interleaving: This method changes the direction by 90 degrees, creating a stack at each stack layer to ensure stability. Because the center of the automatic stacker is easy to form holes, the surface utilization rate of the stacker is reduced.
Stack strength and load Stack strength refers to the load that the stored corrugated boxes can accept before collapsing when they are stacked under static pressure. It can be tested by testing, and compressive strength can be budgeted by testing. Stack strength load refers to the load of low cartons, or low stack strength of cartons. Flat stack will put pressure on the bottom box, and staggered and cantilever stack will put pressure on the bottom box. The pressure rod of rectangular section, hinged end and partial pressure equipment is used to approximate the greater stress of staggered and cantilever stacked boxes.
So the compression strength of stacking cartons is reduced by 15 days by the pallet stacker manufacturer. The compression strength of rotating staggered stacking cartons is reduced to 45, and the compression strength of cartons and longitudinal staggered stacking are reduced by 55.
