2, packing bag filling and lifting: The finished packaging bag is in a standing state after loading, and the palletizing robot must be in a lying state, so the standing packaging bag must be pushed to the rewind device, generally through the cylinder to push the packaging bag to the lying state, and then through the rotation of the disk to make the packaging bag back into the middle of the conveyor belt, and then the packaging bag into the lifting belt. Both sides of the lifting belt are equipped with adjusting baffles to adjust the bag to the specified position. The lifting belt lifts the bag to the palletizing robot platform. This device is not required for the packaging box, which can be directly transported to the palletizing conveyor line (code waiting machine) after packaging.

3, packaging bag finishing: the qualified packaging bag is sent to the levelling machine by conveyor, and the packaging bag is flattened by the levelling machine, and the material is compacted evenly and filled with the packaging bag to keep the bag shape flat; The packing case does not need to be flattened.

4, robot grasp: the organized packaging bag arrives at the waiting machine, the palletizing robot detects that there is a packaging bag (packing case) on the waiting machine, the handling robot arrives at the location and opens to pick up the packaging bag for grasping, stacking and palletizing according to the set grouping.

5, pallet conveying: the packaging bag (packing case) according to the set of pallet type for stacking, after the completion of palletizing forklift or driving directly to remove the pallet, complete the palletizing process.
