Liquid filling principle: According to different liquid characteristics and packaging requirements, the corresponding filling principle is adopted. For example, the normal pressure filling machine is used to fill the liquid under atmospheric pressure by its own weight, which is suitable for low-viscosity liquids without gas; the pressure filling machine is used to fill under higher pressure than atmospheric pressure, which is suitable for liquids containing gas; the vacuum filling machine is used to fill when the pressure in the bottle is lower than atmospheric pressure, and it has a wide range of adaptability to the viscosity of the material.

Capping principle: The working principle of the capping machine is mainly to accurately place the bottle cap on the bottle mouth through a mechanical device, and then apply a certain pressure or torque to make the bottle cap fit tightly with the bottle mouth. The screw capping machine rotates the bottle cap to make it interlock with the thread of the bottle mouth; the capping machine uses pressure to press the bottle cap on the bottle mouth; the rolling capping machine fixes the bottle cap on the bottle mouth by rolling.
